The Role

We're looking for a commercially-minded relationship builder to manage our client accounts and help grow our prospect pipeline. You'll be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they get outstanding results and strategic guidance. You'll also play a key role in business development — building relationships with prospects, supporting the sales process, and helping convert interest into long-term partnerships.

You won't be managing 40 accounts and firefighting all day. This is a small, high-value client book where you'll be a genuine strategic partner, not a project chaser. You'll also help shape our commercial approach from the inside — how we pitch, how we onboard, how we retain.
