Junior Growth Ops
About growthvibe
growthvibe is an AI-native growth consultancy founded in 2026. We help ambitious businesses win visibility, demand, and authority in the age of answer engines. Our specialism — Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) — is a new discipline built for a world where AI platforms synthesise answers rather than serve links.
We're founder-led, intentionally small, and building something genuinely new.
The Role
We're looking for a curious, hands-on marketer to join our Growth Ops function. You'll work directly with the founder to drive growthvibe's go-to-market function — everything from campaign execution to pipeline building to content distribution. This is a growth marketing role at its core, but with a twist: you'll be using AI tools (particularly Claude) as a daily multiplier across everything you do.
What You'll Do
- Plan, execute, and optimise outbound and inbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and content channels
- Build and manage lead generation workflows using AI-assisted tools and automation
- Create and distribute thought leadership content — helping turn insights into LinkedIn posts, case studies, and lead magnets
- Track pipeline metrics, campaign performance, and conversion data to inform what we do next
- Support proposal preparation and prospect research ahead of discovery calls
- Experiment constantly — test new channels, messaging angles, and growth tactics
- Use Claude and other AI tools to accelerate research, content drafting, data analysis, and reporting
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years' experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or a similar hands-on marketing role
- Comfortable working with data — you can pull insights from a spreadsheet and know what to do with them
- Strong written communication — you can write a compelling LinkedIn post or email sequence
- Familiar with marketing tools (CRM, email platforms, analytics) and willing to learn new ones quickly
- Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and doesn't need to be told what to do next
- Genuinely interested in AI and how it's changing marketing — you've probably already been experimenting
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) in a professional context
- Understanding of SEO, content marketing, or B2B SaaS growth
- Experience in a startup or agency environment
What's In It For You
The Basics
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Your birthday off
- 5% employer pension contribution (above statutory minimum)
- Hybrid working — 1–2 days per week at our office at 131 Finsbury Pavement, London, the rest remote
- Flexible hours — core hours 10am–3pm, flex around that
The Extras
- £750 annual learning and development budget — courses, certifications, books, conferences
- Free breakfast on office days
- £300 home office stipend to set up your remote workspace
- AI tools provided — Claude, relevant API access, and whatever you need to do your best work
- £30/month wellness allowance — gym, meditation apps, whatever works for you
The Opportunity
You'll learn faster here than anywhere else, work directly with the founder, and help shape how the company grows. If you're the kind of person who'd rather build something new than maintain something old, this is for you.
