Tom previously founded Ocere, a digital marketing agency that grew to serve over 3,000 clients across more than 30 countries. Ocere generated £5 million in revenue with 65%+ from international markets, earning the Queen's Award for Enterprise for International Trade in 2021 — the UK's highest business honour. Ocere was acquired by an international group in December 2021.
Tom is a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses programme at the University of Oxford Saïd Business School. He is also an angel investor and strategic advisor to growth-stage businesses.
